SELECT NO:   Pre-K/4K Hours Only

• You LIVE within the Verona Area School District   AND
• Your child will only attend during Pre-K/4K Hours
• You do not need wrap-around care
• OR Scroll down to the bottom to access the correct form.
   

SELECT YES:   Wrap-Around and/or Private Pay

• You need care before and/or after Pre-K/4K hours
• You have a child who will be eligible for Pre-K/4K   AND
• You do not live within the VASD or
• Your child is a current and will be a returning Pre-K/4K student
• Click on "Click here to get started!" to go back to question C.

Some helful info:

• Pre-K/4K Hours:  Tuesday - Friday, 7:50am - 11:00am
• Your child is able to attend Pre-K/4K if they are 4-years-old by or before 9/1
• VASD = Verona Area School District
• Wrap-Around = Care before 7:50am
• Wrap-Around = Care after 11:00am
• Wrap-Around = Care on Mondays
